If you grant notification permissions, the App schedules local notifications on your device to alert you when each time block begins. All notification scheduling happens locally — no notification data is transmitted externally.
Your day plans, backlog, and settings are stored using AsyncStorage on your device. This data remains entirely under your control and is never synced to the cloud by us.
Voice audio and brain dump text pass through our Express.js server (hosted on a private VPS) solely for the purpose of AI processing. We do not log or persist this content. All connections use HTTPS (TLS encryption) in transit.
We do not operate a database of user accounts or personal information. There is no user registration and no cloud backup of your plans.
Your device's operating system may include locally stored app data in automatic backups (e.g., iCloud for iOS, Google Backup for Android). These are managed by your device manufacturer under their own privacy policies. We have no access to these backups.
We use OpenAI's Whisper API to transcribe voice recordings. Audio is forwarded from our server to OpenAI and the resulting transcript is returned. OpenAI's use of API data is governed by their API data usage policies. For more information: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy

Priority One is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App in a way that transmitted personal data, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
